To be eligible for a Diners Club Card, you must:

 

be 21 to 65 years old

be employed for the last two years and/or own a business for the past 3 years.

be earning a gross annual income of Php200,000.

have 1 personal reference not living with you (for employees). 

 

For applicants who are  self employed, please also indicate 1 trade reference (may be a business associate, client or supplier).

 

submit the required documents as stated below.  

 

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:   

 

For fixed income earners (employees):

Please submit any of the following:

Latest statement of account of any major credit card.

Latest pay slip and company ID

Certificate of employment

Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)

Latest BIR Form 2316 (W2)

To be eligible, applicant must:

be 21 to 70 years of age

have contact phone number (landline) in both home and business address

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

 

For Employed, submit any ONE of the following documents:

Photocopy of the latest ITR

Photocopy of last 2 months Credit Card Statement (of the same credit card)

Original Pay Slip for 1 month (with company name and/or employee ID/employee number)

Original Certificate of Employment (COE)

 

For Self-employed, submit any ONE of the following documents:

Photocopy of the latest ITR

Photocopy of last 2 months Credit Card Statement (of the same credit card)

Photocopy of Certificate of Business Registration together with a photocopy of Audited Financial Statements

Photocopy of last three months Bank Statement and Original Bank Certificate

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

For both employed and self-employed applicants, attach a clear and reliable photocopy of any ONE of the following:

Passport

Driver s License

Firearms License/PTC

SSS/GSIS ID

NBI Clearance

BIR/TIN ID

Senior Citizen s ID

IBP/PRC ID

Major Active Credit Card (with photo)

ID of top 10,000 Companies (with photo and signature)

HSBC

 

To be eligible, you must:

     be between 21 to 65 years old

     have a minimum gross income of Php 120,000

 

PLEASE SUBMIT:

Proof of Income

Proof of Income is waived if you are an existing cardholder (for at least 12 months) of AIG, BPI, Citibank, Equitable PCIBank, Metrobank, Standard Chartered Bank, or Union Bank, provided you include your credit card account number/details in your application

 

     For self-employed applicants

     Submit a copy of business registration with photo and ITR and

     audited financial statements for the last 3 years

 

     For employed applicants with a fixed salary, please submit any of the following:

     Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) & W2

     Certificate of employment and income

     Monthly Payslip

     Notice of Salary increase
